Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Topdeck 126 TCG Shop! We currently sell Pokémon single cards and sealed Pokémon products to customers in Canada. Orders are shipped using Canada Post or another available carrier depending on the order, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, product releases, or if an order includes items fulfilled by an approved vendor. If your order contains items from multiple vendors or fulfillment locations, your items may ship separately.

Orders of $50 CAD or more before taxes and fees qualify for free shipping with tracking. Orders under $50 CAD may be eligible for standard shipping options at checkout, and tracking may vary depending on the shipping option selected. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only. Canada Post states that delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and may change without notice due to events such as labour disruptions, weather, volume increases, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside the carrier’s control. Because Pokémon cards and sealed products are condition-sensitive collectibles, we take packaging seriously. Single cards may be shipped using protective supplies such as sleeves, top loaders or semi-rigid holders, team bags, cardboard support, and secure mailers. Sealed products are packed securely to help reduce movement and damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we may contact the customer to arrange reshipment. If a package is lost because the address provided was incorrect, Topdeck 126 TCG Shop is not responsible for the lost shipment.

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us at support@topdeck126.com. We may review tracking information, carrier updates, shipping records, and delivery confirmation before deciding on next steps. For orders valued at $50 CAD or more, tracking is required and will be used as part of the review process.

If local pickup is available, eligible customers may select local pickup at checkout. Please refer to our Local Order Pickup Policy for pickup rules and instructions.
