Store Products
sells Pokémon single cards and sealed Pokémon products.

Product Listings
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product listings, including product names, card names, set names, card numbers, conditions, photos, sealed product details, and prices.
However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct listing errors, update product information, cancel orders, or issue refunds when necessary due to inventory errors, pricing errors, listing mistakes, suspected fraud, or other issues.
Card Conditions
Pokémon single cards may be listed by condition, such as:
- Near Mint
- Lightly Played
- Moderately Played
- Heavily Played
- Damaged
Customers are responsible for reviewing product photos, descriptions, and condition details before purchasing.
Minor differences in lighting, photos, centering, surface appearance, or screen display may occur.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Product prices may change without notice due to availability, market demand, supplier cost, or collectible market fluctuations.
A price change after purchase does not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or return.
Orders
When placing an order, you agree that:
- Your billing and shipping information is accurate
- You have reviewed the product listing before purchase
- You understand our Shipping Policy
- You understand our Refund and Returns Policy
Orders may be refused or cancelled if payment fails, fraud is suspected, inventory is unavailable, or there is an error in the listing.
Payments
Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the accepted payment methods shown on the website.
Orders may not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Orders of $50 CAD or more qualify for free shipping with tracking.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Local Pickup
Local pickup, if available, is governed by our Local Order Pickup Policy.
Customers must wait for a Ready for Pickup email before arriving.
Pickup orders follow the same final sale return policy as shipped orders.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Pokémon single cards and sealed Pokémon products are final sale unless the wrong product was shipped.
Proof is required for all return claims.
Sealed products must remain unopened to be eligible for review.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit are only issued after review and, when applicable, inspection of the returned product.
Vendor Marketplace
Some products may be sold by approved vendors.
Level 1 Self-Service Vendors list, store, ship, and handle returns for their own products.
Level 2 Full-Service Consignment Vendors provide inventory to , and lists, stores, ships, and handles returns for those consigned products.
Necessary order and shipping information may be shared with vendors for fulfillment purposes.
Vendor Commission
Vendor sales may be subject to commission.
Level 1 Self-Service Vendors may be charged a platform commission of 10–12% per sale.
Level 2 Full-Service Consignment Vendors may be charged a 30% commission per sale.
Vendor payouts may be held until delivery confirmation plus a short review period to protect against wrong-product claims, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
Account Suspension or Termination
Customers and vendors agree not to submit false information, false return claims, fraudulent chargebacks, counterfeit products, altered products, misleading listings, or abusive communications.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for customers, vendors, or the platform.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, logos, written materials, product presentation, and original content belong to unless otherwise stated.
Customers and vendors may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse our branding or content without written permission.
Product Authenticity
We aim to sell authentic Pokémon products only.
Vendors are required to provide authentic products and accurate listings.
Vendors who submit counterfeit, altered, resealed, stolen, or misrepresented products may be removed from the platform and may lose access to future selling privileges.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect customer shipping information
- Market price changes after purchase
- Minor photo or display differences
- Customer misuse of products
- Vendor errors beyond platform control, except as handled through our published policies
