Local Order Pickup Policy

Local pickup may be available for eligible customers in New Brunswick. If local pickup is available, customers may select it at checkout. Pickup is only available after the customer receives a Ready for Pickup confirmation email from Topdeck 126 TCG Shop.
Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving pickup confirmation. Orders must first be prepared, verified, and marked ready by our team. Pickup may be available by appointment or during posted pickup hours at .
When picking up an order, customers may be asked to provide their order confirmation email, the name used on the order, and valid identification if needed. We may also use a pickup code or confirmation system to help ensure the order is released to the correct person.
Local pickup orders should be picked up within days of receiving the Ready for Pickup email. We recommend using a 7-day pickup window. If an order is not picked up within that time, we may contact the customer with a reminder. If the customer does not respond, the order may be held, cancelled, restocked, or handled at our discretion, subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Local pickup orders follow the same final sale return policy as shipped orders. Pokémon single cards and sealed Pokémon products are final sale unless the wrong product was provided. Sealed products must remain unopened to be eligible for review. Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, and market price changes are not eligible reasons for return.
Customers should inspect their pickup order as soon as possible. If the customer believes the wrong product was provided, they must contact Topdeck 126 TCG Shop within hours and provide clear proof, including photos of the item received and the order details.
If someone else will pick up an order on behalf of the customer, the customer should contact us before pickup. We may require written authorization, the name of the pickup person, order confirmation, and identification before releasing the order.
